7-day change of mind

If something is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

• Message us on the hotline or WhatsApp with your order number.
• Tell us which item and the size you would like instead.
• We schedule a pickup or share the return address.
• Once the parcel reaches us, we ship the exchange or process the refund.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free for the first exchange on every order, subject to stock. After that, standard delivery fees apply.

Refunds

• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bKash or Nagad to the number you provide.
• Digital payments are returned to the original method within 5–7 working days.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item.

Not eligible

• Items worn, washed, altered or without tags.
• Undergarments, socks and accessories for hygiene reasons.
• Items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
