Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm availability before dispatch and may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes.
- Delivery fees are added at checkout and depend on your zone.
- Vouchers apply to the product subtotal unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed over at the delivery address.
Returns
Our 7-day return policy applies to items in original condition. See the returns page for eligibility and timelines.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are handled in the courts of Dhaka.
